Annual General Meeting 2021

Our association bylaws require us to hold this meeting once every year. We are scheduling the AGM for Monday, April 5th, 2021, at 7:00 pm at Trinity United Methodist Church, 5800 Southwest Parkway. This meeting will be held for the purpose of the election of officers and any proposed rule changes. The officers up for election are: Second Vice President, Third Vice President, Treasurer and Player’s Advocate. The bylaws require that twenty (20%) of our teams have a coach or representative present at this meeting in order to conduct business. If a coach, assistant coach or manager who is listed on a team’s roster is unable to attend, they may send a representative who is 16 years if age or older with a written proxy. Only one proxy is allowed per person. If you have a rule change proposal you must present it to the Executive Board thirty (30) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
